This Delivery & Return Policy explains how delivery and pickup are handled on our community-based platform and outlines our approach to returns and refunds.

As we continue to grow, please note that SayWill.com is currently operating in a beta phase, and certain delivery times may vary or experience occasional delays.


1. Delivery Overview

SayWill.com operates a community-based delivery model that connects neighbors to exchange goods conveniently and affordably. Because this service depends on local volunteer and community logistics, delivery times cannot yet be guaranteed.

  • Estimated Delivery Window:
    Delivery time may range from 1 to 14 days after order confirmation. In many cases, deliveries can arrive as soon as the next day, but sometimes it may take up to two weeks, depending on community driver availability and distance.
  • Future Improvements:
    As we refine our operations beyond the beta phase, we aim to make delivery faster, more predictable, and fully trackable.

2. Delivery Options

We currently offer two main delivery options at checkout:

A. Community Delivery (Standard)

  • Free community-based delivery provided by local participants or SayWill’s coordinated volunteers.
  • Items are delivered directly to the address you provide during checkout.
  • Typical delivery timeframe: 1–14 days from purchase.
  • You will receive an email notification once your item has been scheduled for delivery.

B. Local Pickup

  • You may choose local pickup at one of our designated pickup locations during checkout.
  • Pickup availability is offered in scheduled daily time windows, which will be listed on your checkout page.
  • Generally, at least one pickup slot per day will be available within 2 days of your purchase.
  • You must present your order confirmation (digital or printed) at pickup.

3. Seller-Provided Delivery

In addition to the platform’s standard free community delivery, some sellers may offer their own delivery options.

  • These options will be clearly described in the product’s listing page under the “Delivery” section.
  • If a product listing includes a specific delivery arrangement (e.g., faster local delivery, same-day drop-off, or seller-handled transport), that arrangement will override SayWill’s standard delivery methods for that particular order.
  • Buyers may choose either the standard delivery or the custom delivery option offered by the seller, if available.

4. Return Policy

Most items sold on SayWill.com are final sale and sold “as is.” Because our platform connects individual community members rather than retailers, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

A. General Policy

  • All items, whether new or pre-owned, are sold as described by the seller.
  • SayWill.com is not the retailer of items listed on the site and does not handle returns on behalf of sellers or buyers.
  • Once a transaction is completed, the sale is considered final.

B. Exceptions

  • If a product listing explicitly states that returns are accepted, then the conditions described in that product’s return policy will override this general rule.
  • Buyers should carefully review the product description page before purchasing to see if the seller has specified any custom return terms.

C. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Because SayWill.com does not directly handle or ship items, any concerns about damaged, incomplete, or incorrect deliveries should be addressed directly between the buyer and the seller.
While SayWill.com may assist with communication or mediation between parties, the final responsibility for resolving such matters rests with the users involved.


5. No Platform Liability

SayWill.com serves only as an online facilitator between buyers, sellers, and service providers.
We do not:

  • Guarantee delivery dates or product condition.
  • Offer refunds or replacements for items purchased through the Platform.
  • Assume responsibility for any loss, delay, or damage once an item is handed over to a community delivery participant or a buyer pickup.

All transactions are conducted at the users’ own discretion and risk.
